nnok Terms and Conditions

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at nnok, the user must meet the following conditions:

• The registration form must be completed with fully accurate and genuine information.
• Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• If any information provided at registration changes later, it must be updated immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

nnok reserves the right to verify an account holder's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the verification process. Government-issued ID (National ID card or passport) and proof of address may be requested. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be restricted or closed.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account username and password confidential. Sharing login details with anyone else is prohibited. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out from their account. If unauthorised access is suspected, nnok must be notified immediately via live chat.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

5.1 VIP Tiers and Weekly Cashback

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

5.2 Cashback Calculation Method

Weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on activity and usage patterns. nnok reserves the right to review and amend VIP tier conditions as needed.

6.1 General Game Play Conditions

All games offered at nnok are developed by third-party game studios and operate according to those studios' own RTP and gameplay rules. Users are required to play in accordance with each game's own rules.

• The result of an ongoing game may be voided during any technical fault.
• Once a bet is placed in a game, it cannot be cancelled unless the game itself provides a cancellation option.
• Suspicious betting patterns or the use of automation are prohibited.

6.2 Sports Betting

For bets placed in the sports betting section, nnok sets the minimum bet amount and maximum payout limits. Bets placed after a betting market has closed will not be accepted. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be settled according to nnok's specific policy.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Coordinating with multiple individuals to abuse bonuses ("bonus hunting").
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software on the platform.
• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• Participating in money laundering or financial fraud.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs in the system.
• Attempting to access another user's account.

8.1 Account Closure by nnok

nnok may restrict or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
• If the required documents for identity verification are not provided.
• If a user holds more than one account.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

Any user may close their account voluntarily. To do so, a request must be sent via live chat or email. If there is a balance and all wagering requirements have been met, the account can be closed after withdrawal.

9.1 Limits on Data Use

11.1 Policy on Technical Errors

If a technical error in a game or the system causes an incorrect result to be displayed, nnok reserves the right to settle based on the correct result. Any payout made on the basis of erroneous information may be cancelled.

If any provision of these Terms is unclear or disputed, nnok's interpretation will be considered final. If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

If any dispute arises between nnok and a user under these Terms, both parties will attempt to resolve it through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, nnok's designated arbitration process will be followed.
